Managed to grab this beauty in the summer sale. Added a leather grip as it's easy to personalise. Axe head has moved ever so slightly but then again, I was hacking into a bush. Nothing major, easily a quick reinforce job with some epoxy as I tend to over engineer everything. Overall great little chopper
Decent axe for spoon carving and light work. About 1 3/4 lbs. Perfect fit in the toolbox. Carbon steel. Cut well when sharpened and stropped. V pleased with the axe.

Ok so it’s a really small axe BUT it’s really heavy and well made definitely not a cheap piece of 💩 like some other company’s try to lumber you with a decent quality little (cute) axe 🪓 and it’s on a great offer at the moment so don’t hang about treats yourself
Damned good bushcraft axe. This tool does it all. I would like to order a slightly larger axe head but not sure if the forge does them. Highly recommend.

great littla axe for carving wood.
Perfect sized axe for chopping and tilling branched for fire wood. Holding it close to the head, the blade guards your fingers when you are using it to smooth down bark or knots. Really nice tool, which I think will be with me a long time.
