Meet the Crew
From the forge floor to customer support, this is who's actually behind Raven Forge: the whole crew, in the flesh.
Tom Ive - Director
Loves sword-fighting, gaming and history, and is just as happy out on a boat or out for food and wine. Holds the world record for having watched Rocky more times than anyone else alive, and is the driving force behind Raven Forge.
Sam Ive - Director
The ideas guy, big into sword-fighting, Star Trek and cooking. He'll only watch a film if it's got a sword or a spaceship in it, only plays computer games from the 90s, and when he's feeling extra posh, it's wine and jazz.
Matt - Manager
Fixer of all problems, keeper of the calm, and has the voice of an angel. Our resident Witcher expert, and happiest camping up a mountain in the Lakes or listening to Steps Gold really loud.
Ben - Licensing Manager
The man behind our official partnerships. Big into Warhammer, Leeds United through and through, always up for Chinese food, and if that's not enough, he's double sexy and absolutely adorable.
Sarah - Admin & Finance
Keeps the wheels turning and the books balanced. Big into books, games, tea and all things wholesome, and a fixer of everything else besides.
James R - Customer Service Manager
The mouth of Raven Forge, guardian of the customers, supplier of the smiles, and winner of Parcelforce's most feared man five years in a row. Into theatre, musicals, and a keen dungeon master.
Martin ("The Ginger Bear") - Fulfilment
Unofficial Chief Morale Officer. Lead guitarist in Kill to Gain, an artist in his spare time, and living proof it's always a good day when Martin's around.
James L - Junior Sword Designer
Graphic designer with a mad talent for 3D modelling (yes, "Junior Sword Designer" is his actual job title). Big into Lego, COD Zombies and digital art. Also a one-man sound-bite machine.
Jacob - Workshop
The Raven Forge workshop, in human form. If it's wrapped in leather, sharpened, polished, or something as mad as a two-headed flail, Jacob made it. Into anime, gaming, hammers, being a pirate, and (most of all) dogs.
Pete - Fulfilment
Hench enough to worry about, dreamy enough to distract you from it. Give him a camera or a controller and he's gone: gamer, videographer, streamer, the lot.
