This popular member of the Raven Forge throwing axe collection takes its inspiration from the iconic Viking Age bearded axe or Skeggøx. The length of the blade alone makes this the perfect throwing companion for both veterans and beginners alike and offers the experience of throwing something with weight, durability and an engaging historic presence. It has a blackened forged head with a polished blade edge and features our Raven Forge logo on the head. They come great as they are but can be further customised by our workshop team for a personal touch by way of rune-burning Nordic symbols along the haft by hand. My first axe from RF great quality. Still not had the chance to try it out though i do keep lookin at the shed but the missus keeps putting a stop to it.
Quality materials used here. Personally I find the angle of the eye:haft too steep thus frequently causing the handle to hit the target before the edge of the blade does. So it's been a learning curve.
Damn. This thing is cool. There's really no other tomahawk (thrower) out there like it! When I saw the bearded head, I needed to get it. The weight feels really nice and it throws great. The sheath makes this an incredible value, but it is a little loose fitting, so the top of the blades tend to poke out; if you're hanging it from your belt, this won't be an issue, but it did give me a scrape when I was unpacking it--half user error haha
The hafts have a natural non-finished look, which is nice if you're looking to do any engraving or staining yourself.
I have my eye on the Floki once my girlfriend lifts the temporary embargo on my weapons purchases.

I can't believe the amazing quality and value for the price. Superp axe, perfectly weighted and balanced for throwing and comes nicely sharpened. The leather sheath makes it easy to carry on the belt and this axe is ideal for general camping and outdoors as well as for throwing.
