Heather is a purple plant that grows abundantly on UK moors. As well as contributing to stunning moorland scenery, it has uses in food and drink to give them an 'earthy' flavouring. It has many metaphysical properties, namely manifesting good luck and new beginnings.
Flavour notes:
A Medium-sweet mead with a sweet-spicy overtone and notes of English Heather. Lovely served at room temperature & with spicy food or strong cheeses.
