Moniack Mead - Lyme Bay
Originally produced at Moniack Castle in the Scottish Highlands, Moniack Mead is a traditional mead traditionally drunk during the month-long celebration following weddings - hence the name 'honeymoon'.
Moniack Mead is a traditional mead with a lovely, lingering and smooth flavour with elements of caramel and fermented honey.
