Lindisfarne Spiced mead blends carefully chosen spices with their already famous traditional mead to produce a delicious seasonal taste. Herbs and fermented grape juice bring out the flavour and altogether a sweet, light flavour is created.
About the Meadery:
St. Aidan's Winery is the home of Lindisfarne alcohol; they make and bottle many different tipples on-site, including mead, rums, beers and wines. It is situated in the centre of Holy Island village adjacent to the marketplace. The showroom has been open to the public since 1968 and attracts over 200,000 visitors annually from all over the world.
