About the Prize: Designed With In-Game Artwork
Our Assassin's Creed Shadows replicas are officially licensed by Ubisoft and were designed using the game's concept art and 3D models, which we had exclusive access to ahead of release. But we didn't stop at looks: we applied our knowledge of historical Japanese weaponry to make sure they feel right in the hand too. The tantō was the trusted sidearm of the samurai and the onna-musha, and Naoe's features a wrapped faux rayskin handle, ornate menuki and a detailed saya. The wakizashi was traditionally worn alongside the katana as a symbol of status, and Yasuke's has a tsuba inspired by the Oda clan crest. Both are full-tang, tempered-steel prop replicas with blunt edges.
