Forged in the First Age by Telchar of Nogrod and eventually passed down to Elendil of Andúnië, the sword Narsil was broken in the final battle between the Last Alliance and the Legions of Mordor. Taking up the handle-shard of Narsil, Isildur avenged his father by cutting the One Ring from Sauron's hand, defeating him. Shortly before his death, Isildur had the shards sent to Rivendell, where it remained until being reforged into Andúril in the latter days of the Third Age.
This absolute beauty is an officially licensed 1/5 scale replica of the statue that bore the shards of Narsil, as seen in the films. The shards are loose and can be removed from the statue, making for a great interactive display piece.
