Bertha is Big and feels great in the hand. This meaty cleaver comes with a 18cm blacked steel blade with a polished cutting edge. The full tang is pinned with stainless steel pins with a dark wood to finish. Incredibly comfortable in the hand Bertha is a very practical kitchen addition.
