This is in clearance due to have some missing patches of fur, still looks great, just a little battle worn.
This is an authentically made fur shoulder mantle, created from genuine reindeer hide. This item of clothing is exceptionally warm and dry, reindeer have hallow hair that gives this material an amazing heat efficiency, in fact it is the second warmest fur in the world only to polar bears. This item is an absolute must-buy for authentic costuming, living history and re-enactment.
These are made entirely by us, here in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales in the UK.
This item is made from an ethically sourced reindeer hide from the nordic meat industry, where reindeer are the only cattle that can survive the harsh nordic conditions. These hides are a by-product of the meat industry and the animals are not farmed specifically for the hides.
The material used is reindeer hide, veg-tan leather, a brass buckle, and quality fittings.
Patterns in the hides and buckle designs may vary on stock, but all items will be a superior quality finish.
Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of the parcel. There is a surcharge of £2.50 for any products that are classed as for 18+, this includes sharp items and alcohol as your ID will be checked upon delivery in compliance with UK law. There is a £10 surcharge for any orders over a 60cm in length going to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands due to the high cost of posting these items.
