Damascus Karambit

This is a Damascus Karambit made for us. Starting life as a farming tool for raking the ground the Karambit has evolved in history to be one of the weapons of choice for the Minangkabau people of West Sumatra where, according to folklore, it was inspired by the claws of a tiger.

Our Karambits are not etched but made from real billet Damascus steel to give these knives a truly stunning finish, the handles are a mixture of wood, micarta and resin polished to a high polish for the wood and resin and dull polish for the Micarta.

The Karambits are 22cm long, and weigh roughly 200g and feel amazing in the hand.
