A delicious French cherry liqueur selected by the monks from the holy island of Lindisfarne in Northumberland.
The use of both black and sour cherries cuts gives this liqueur a nice sweet equilibrium, the sour cutting through the sweetness, leaving a pleasant finish. Beautiful as a long drink or as part of cocktails.
