Description from the Rookery:
This mead will be different every time it is made. Berries are gathered through the autumn from across the Strathardle Glen, and may include such things as rowanberry, hawthorn, rosehips, elderberries, plums, crab apples, sloes, wild cherries, and anything else I can find.
Complex and fruity, this is usually brewed to be a medium-dry mead, used like a very light red wine, it goes well with roasted vegetables, red meat and tomato sauces.
Store in a cool, dark place. Shelf-life is in excess of 1 year.
